What the form collects
The form collects the name, email address, contact number and programme details you choose to submit. Optional fields include your organisation, approximate group size, preferred date, venue and message. It also records the page used and any campaign source, medium or campaign name present in the URL. The hosting and form service may process technical information for delivery, security and spam prevention.
Why these details are used
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, clarify programme requirements, prepare a proposal and coordinate any next steps you request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please avoid including personal medical information, NRIC details or information about individual children.
How an enquiry is delivered
The website and form are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, and a notification is sent to team@momentumacademy.sg. Authorised team members can use those details to respond. Where delivery involves a partner operator, relevant programme requirements may need to be discussed with that operator. Service providers may process information outside Singapore.
Browser storage and external links
This website uses temporary session storage to remember campaign source information while you browse. It does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Following a WhatsApp or external website link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Questions, correction or withdrawal
Contact team@momentumacademy.sg with the subject “Boccia privacy enquiry” if you want to ask about your submitted information, request a correction, withdraw consent to further enquiry contact or request deletion. The team will assess your request, including any information that needs to be retained for a lawful business or legal purpose. Withdrawing contact consent may mean the team cannot continue handling your enquiry.
Send only what is needed
General access requirements are enough for an initial conversation. Any more detailed discussion can be arranged directly with the team using an appropriate channel.
